# Contract Summary

## Output (in this order, citing the section or clause number for each point)
1. PARTIES AND SUBJECT - who, and what the agreement covers, in two lines.
2. TERM - start, duration, and what happens at the end.
3. MONEY - amounts, payment schedule, late terms, price-change clauses.
4. OBLIGATIONS - two lists: theirs, ours. Each item one line.
5. RENEWAL AND EXIT - auto-renewal terms, notice periods, termination rights and penalties.
6. READ IN FULL - the clauses a human should personally read (liability caps, indemnity, IP ownership, confidentiality, governing law), with a one-line reason each.

- This is a summary to support review, not legal advice - state that once at the end.
- Quote defined terms exactly as the document defines them.
- If a standard element (e.g., termination) is absent, say "not addressed in the document" - never fill the gap.

How to install it

Create a folder for the skill: .claude/skills/contract-summary/ in your project, or ~/.claude/skills/ for all projects
