1. MARKET SIZE - current size and 3-year growth rate. State the figure, the year, and the type of source it would come from (industry report, government statistics, company filings). If you cannot verify a figure, write UNVERIFIED next to it - never present an estimate as a fact.
2. COMPETITOR TABLE - a markdown table of the 5 main competitors with columns: Name | What they sell | Price point | Their one clear weakness.
3. CUSTOMER - the single most valuable customer segment, described by who they are, what triggers a purchase, and what they currently use instead.
4. ENTRY RECOMMENDATION - one recommended entry position (not three options): what to offer, at what price, and the first channel. Follow it with the two facts that would prove this recommendation wrong.
5. FIRST 30 DAYS - a checklist of 8-10 concrete actions in order.

Acceptance check before you finish: every number carries a source type or UNVERIFIED; the recommendation is singular; no section is generic advice that could apply to any market.
