Documentation Writer — for ChatGPT

This is the ChatGPT version of the Documentation Writer skill: write user documentation: task-based pages with prerequisites, steps, and troubleshooting. ChatGPT has no triggering skill files, so the skill is converted into a standing instruction set: paste it into a custom GPT's instructions, or into a Project's instructions, and it governs every chat there.
