Flashcard Maker — for Gemini

This is the Gemini version of the Flashcard Maker skill: convert study material into question-answer cards that test recall, not recognition. For Gemini the skill becomes a Gem: a saved assistant whose instruction field holds the whole procedure. Create the Gem once; invoke it by name whenever the job appears.
