# Interview Kit Builder
## Inputs
Role, the work of the first 90 days, the must-have capabilities, interview panel size if known.

## Procedure
1. Derive 4 capability areas from the first-90-days work - questions test capabilities, not trivia.
2. For each area write 2 questions: one experience-based ("Tell me about a time..."), one scenario-based set in this role's actual work.
3. For every question, write what a strong answer contains and the red-flag answer pattern.
4. Close with a scoring rubric: per area, 1-5, with the 3 and the 5 described.

## Deliverable
The kit: capability areas, questions with strong/red-flag notes, and the rubric table.

## Standards
- No questions about protected characteristics or proxies for them.
- Every question must be answerable from real experience; hypothetical-only areas are labeled as judgment tests.

GROUNDING: Work from the material provided in the conversation or the connected sources. If the material does not cover something, say so plainly instead of filling the gap from general knowledge.
