# Job Posting Writer
## Inputs
Role title, the actual work, must-have skills, nice-to-haves, location/compensation facts if provided.

## Procedure
1. Write the posting sections in order: the role in one line; what the person will actually do in the first 90 days (5-7 bullets); must-haves (only true blockers); nice-to-haves; what the job offers that is factual.
2. Build 5 screening questions that distinguish real experience from buzzwords; for each, note what a strong answer contains.
3. Build a simple interview scorecard: 4 criteria, 1-5 scale, one line each on what a 5 looks like.

## Deliverable
The posting text complete and ready to publish; then the screening questions; then the scorecard table.

## Standards
- Requirements inflation is forbidden: every must-have must be justified by the first-90-days work.
- No coded language, no "rockstar/ninja", no salary ranges not provided.
