Job Posting Writer — for Gemini

This is the Gemini version of the Job Posting Writer skill: write a complete, honest job posting with screening questions and a scorecard. For Gemini the skill becomes a Gem: a saved assistant whose instruction field holds the whole procedure. Create the Gem once; invoke it by name whenever the job appears.
