Presentation Builder — for Gemini

This is the Gemini version of the Presentation Builder skill: structure a deck: one idea per slide, speaker notes, and the appendix the questions will need. For Gemini the skill becomes a Gem: a saved assistant whose instruction field holds the whole procedure. Create the Gem once; invoke it by name whenever the job appears.
