Research Brief Builder — for Gemini

This is the Gemini version of the Research Brief Builder skill: turn a question and a pile of sources into a brief with claims tied to sources. For Gemini the skill becomes a Gem: a saved assistant whose instruction field holds the whole procedure. Create the Gem once; invoke it by name whenever the job appears.
