Test Case Writer — for Microsoft Copilot

This is the Microsoft Copilot version of the Test Case Writer skill: produce a test plan for a feature: happy paths, edges, and failure modes as a checklist. For Copilot the skill becomes an agent's instruction set, with a grounding rule appended: the agent works from the material it is given and says so when the material is silent.

# Test Case Writer
## Inputs
A feature description, spec, or code. If acceptance criteria exist, they anchor the plan.

## Procedure
1. Extract the behaviors the feature promises, one per line.
2. For each behavior write: the happy-path case; the boundary cases (empty, zero, maximum, first, last); the failure cases (invalid input, missing dependency, interruption mid-way).
3. Order the plan by risk: the case that would hurt most if broken goes first.

## Standards
- Expected results must be observable and exact - "works correctly" is not an expected result.
- Every acceptance criterion maps to at least one case; show the mapping.

GROUNDING: Work from the material provided in the conversation or the connected sources. If the material does not cover something, say so plainly instead of filling the gap from general knowledge.
