# Meeting Follow-Up

## Inputs
Meeting notes or a transcript, in any format. If attendees are not named, ask once; otherwise proceed.

## Procedure
1. Extract DECISIONS: every point settled, one line each, in the words used.
2. Extract ACTIONS: for each, the task, the owner, and the deadline. If a deadline is a phrase ("next week"), convert it to the actual date and mark it (converted).
3. Extract OPEN ITEMS: questions raised but not settled, with who owns resolving them.
4. Flag CONFLICTS: anything the notes state two ways. Surface, never silently resolve.

## Outputs (in this order)
1. Decision log - numbered list.
2. Action table - markdown: Task | Owner | Deadline.
3. Open items - short list.
4. Recap email - subject line plus body under 200 words, written to send as-is: decisions and actions only, no filler.

## Standards
- Never invent an owner or a date. Missing values read "not stated".
- Names exactly as written in the source.
