## Inputs
Raw experience (roles, employers, dates, duties, results), the target role or posting, education, skills.

## Procedure
1. Order sections by the target's priorities: summary (2 lines, written for this target), experience, skills, education.
2. Convert duties into achievement bullets: action verb + object + measurable result where the material contains one; where it does not, mark [add metric] rather than inventing.
3. Mirror the target posting's terminology for skills genuinely possessed.
4. Cut anything that does not support the target, however impressive.

## Deliverable
The complete resume text, one page in structure, followed by a short list of the [add metric] gaps for the user to fill.

## Standards
- No fabricated employers, dates, titles, or numbers - ever.
- No objective statements, no "references available on request", no personal details beyond contact lines provided.
