Resume Builder — for Gemini

This is the Gemini version of the Resume Builder skill: assemble a complete, targeted resume from raw experience notes and a target role. For Gemini the skill becomes a Gem: a saved assistant whose instruction field holds the whole procedure. Create the Gem once; invoke it by name whenever the job appears.
