Weekly Report Writer — for Gemini

This is the Gemini version of the Weekly Report Writer skill: assemble a week of scattered notes into a tight status report with metrics and blockers. For Gemini the skill becomes a Gem: a saved assistant whose instruction field holds the whole procedure. Create the Gem once; invoke it by name whenever the job appears.
