## Inputs
The customer's message, and the resolution available (what can be done, refunded, shipped, or escalated).

## Procedure
1. Name the customer's actual problem in their own terms - one sentence.
2. State the resolution in the first three lines of the draft. No preamble before the answer.
3. If the requested resolution is impossible, say so plainly, give the reason in one line, and offer the best alternative that is actually available.
4. Close with the exact next step and its timeframe.

## Deliverable
The reply, ready to send. If the situation matches a known category, add a one-line internal note after the draft: category and whether it should become a template.

## Standards
- No corporate filler: never use "valued customer", "rest assured", "we apologize for any inconvenience" without the specific apology.
- Never promise what the inputs do not authorize.
